    • Work Hours: Shifts scheduled between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break).
    • Weekends: Required to work on both Saturdays and Sundays, with two weekly offs on weekdays.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a SaaS B2B customer support role or similar experience.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CRMs, ticketing systems, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, time management, and empathy.
