Remote Customer Support Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline advocate for customers, ensuring they have the best experience using Aircall’s services. Your role will involve identifying and troubleshooting customer issues, providing product education, and recommending technical solutions. You will work closely with the global support team to address concerns efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and effective customer support through various communication channels.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for customers.

Work Schedule & Requirements

Location: Remote, must be based in India.
Work Hours: Shifts scheduled between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break).
Weekends: Required to work on both Saturdays and Sundays, with two weekly offs on weekdays.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a SaaS B2B customer support role or similar experience.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CRMs, ticketing systems, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, time management, and empathy.
