Pluto is currently hiring Customer Support & Operations Specialists to join its Product & Customer Support team. This role involves handling customer queries via email, Intercom, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Job Responsibilities For Customer Support At Pluto

As a Customer Support & Operations Specialist at Pluto, you will:

Gain in-depth knowledge of the Pluto platform to assist customers effectively.
Respond to customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, Intercom, and phone.
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by resolving queries efficiently.
Create help articles, explainer videos, and content to streamline onboarding.
Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and account management teams to resolve issues.
Provide insights and feedback to improve Pluto’s product and customer experience.
Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for reference.
Take ownership of customer queries and ensure quick and effective resolution.

📍The compensation for this role ranges from ₹350K – ₹850K per annum, based on experience and skills.
