As a Business Analyst at Deloitte, you will be responsible for leading invoice data onboarding processes, interacting with dealership networks, and designing comprehensive reporting tools. Key Responsibilities

Invoice Data Onboarding & Dealer Interaction

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with automotive dealerships.
Assess current invoice data collection procedures and identify opportunities for streamlining.
Lead efforts to onboard dealers and integrate their invoice data into the Deloitte system effectively.
Communicate invoice data requirements clearly to partners and resolve any technical or process-related concerns.
Define and monitor KPIs related to invoice trends and pricing models.
Work closely with cross-functional departments—finance, sales, and customer service—to gather data requirements and tailor reports accordingly.

Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting

Analyze customer invoice data to understand purchasing behavior, market shifts, and emerging trends.
Develop dashboards and reports that highlight key findings and inform strategic business initiatives.
Present data insights and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure high data quality and adopt best practices in reporting and management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

To qualify for this position, Deloitte is looking for individuals who possess:

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of data analytics, business process design, and data management principles.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders.
Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modeling is considered an asset.
Prior experience engaging with dealerships or external business partners is advantageous.
