Job Overview

As a Data Science Analyst, you will work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, leveraging cloud computing and MLOps to deliver impactful results. Your expertise will be essential in developing predictive models, managing complex datasets, and implementing cloud-based analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Science and Machine Learning
   • Utilize Python, SQL, and PySpark to perform advanced analytics.
   • Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions tailored to business requirements.
   • Preprocess large datasets, ensuring high-quality feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
   • Implement MLOps pipelines for efficient model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
2. Data Visualization and Reporting
   • Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
   • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
   • Use data storytelling techniques to enhance business decision-making.
3. Cloud Computing and Deployment
   • Design and implement scalable data science workflows on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
   • Utilize cloud-native tools like Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and Lambda for training and deploying machine learning models.
   • Optimize model performance for real-world applications.
4. Generative AI and Advanced AI Applications
   • Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
   • Implement evaluation strategies using advanced metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, and FID.
   • Integrate AI models with existing systems through API development and cloud-based deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-5 years in data science, AI, or machine learning.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Forest Products is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark for data analysis and model development.
• Expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) applications and deployment.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for cloud computing and AI model deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to generate meaningful business insights from data and present them effectively.
